The Wis-Pak Brands are on-trend, better for you, beverages including BUBBL'R Antioxidant Sparkling Water, Klarbrunn Sparkling, and Vita Ice! We're looking for a strategic Marketing Supervisor to help grow the Wis-Pak Brands by enhancing marketing strategy and providing support to the sales organization.
JOB SUMMARY Work as part of a cooperative team providing marketing and sales support to enhance and develop the Wis-Pak Brands.
Lead the shipping and customer service team ensuring all messages and packages are swiftly handled.
The Marketing Supervisor provides tactical project management, assists with marketing operations, and sales support as assigned by the Brand Development Manager.
Works independently on special projects according to agreed timelines and special requests.
More specifically, the Marketing Supervisor is responsible for:
Oversee the Shipping Department to ensure all point of sale, sales equipment, and Marketing packages are sent out timely Lead the Customer Service Representatives to ensure all messages are timely and accurately responded to Manage Department workflow and delegations of responsibilities coordinating day-to-day scheduling as well as long term activities for innovation, redesign, and marketing programs Coordinate creation and development of confidential information such as celebrity endorsement, sponsorship, agency, and other external contracts Coordinate communication for brand projects to outside agencies including advertising and formulation Coordinate and prepare presentations for the following activities:
Brand Meetings, Board Meetings, Marketing presentations, President one on ones, New Distributors, and Key Customer Sales Presentations Coordinate the creation of sales materials for enhancing the distribution of our brands Analyze, select, and develop relationships with vendors to produce brand point of purchase materials Support and foster collaboration within the marketing department.
Create department engagements and activities that encourage teamwork and communication Initiate and conduct regular Department Task Planning Meetings Serve as main point of contact internally and externally for anyone in search of marketing support Prepare communications for marketing related requests from Shareholders, Consumers, Key Accounts, Distributors, External Vendors, and Media Representatives Oversee fulfillment of point of purchase materials, merchandising tools, and various marketing shipments Ad-Hoc projects for President, Director of Marketing and Brand Development, and Key Account Managers The Marketing Supervisor must be proactive in looking for ways to help the Wis-Pak Brands attain increased sales and distribution of our refreshing beverages through innovative distributor and customer focused marketing programs and communications.
REQUIREMENTS.
College degree in business administration, finance, marketing, communications, or similar field of study.

A high level of personal computer knowledge is required for this position.
A knowledge of software including Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
