50 an hour 8 days ago 8 days ago 8 days ago This position is primarily responsible for quickly and accurately performing daily departmental operations tasks that support our internal client-contact staff and the needs of external clients related to electronic payments, online banking, treasury management, data item processing/ entry, ACH, Check, Debit/Credit card processing, research and creative problem solving.
Performance Dimensions Serves as bank expert for all electronic banking transaction platforms Assists with client setup, password resets, technical and maintenance support Supports departments in responding to customer issues and requests for deposit account research and verifications, works directly with clients when needed to fulfill requests and resolve issues Processes credit card requests and performs necessary postings and maintenance of payments, new card orders, limit modifications, and system report archiving Monitors, tracks, processes, and completes new and unauthorized debit/ credit card transactions Performs and completes daily Exception Item Processing; stop payments, non-post items and NSF Items Performs daily report review for inactive/ controlled accounts, ACH Returns/ NOC's, OFAC, card case management, new/ closed accounts, tokenization, and duplicate image capture items to identify and complete necessary follow up actions Assists in the performance of the daily workflow of the item/ image capture process Posts daily incoming and outgoing wire transfers Reviews and approves daily ACH and External Transfer files Completes Daily Originator Returns and NOC's Sends monthly ICS, CDARs and R&T statements Print notices, statements, escrow, and interest checks Performs Incoming ICL Transactions, returns and adjustments Tracks account document exceptions, and works with bankers to resolve Process garnishments and levies Prepares and submits IBRETA and IOLTA remittance Assists with specification changes to customer-facing products and services Processes and assists with foreign collection items Updates departmental policies and procedures as assigned by Chief Operations Officer Provides administrative support preparing EOY tax documents/ reporting for retirement and HSA plans Stays abreast of compliance and regulatory security requirements ensure regular adherence to time frame and code requirements Including but not limited to Online Banking, Bill Payment, ACH Origination, Wire Transfers, External Transfers, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Mobile Capture, Zelle , Tokenization, and PIM.

Work Conditions Tasks are performed primarily in an office setting and require the ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
Prolonged visual concentration at a computer monitor can be expected.
Employee must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis.
Full Time employees will generally work 38-40 hours each week.
This position is eligible for the Work from Home program.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
